How to Mine : Jolt Gas and many more coins mining guide

February 26, 2020 by Anuj Saini 306 Comments

In this article I will be posting mining guides for all profitable coins to mine which are popping out everyday. All the Fast Miner download links are given in the table with optimal overclock settings.

Earlier I used to create  separate articles for each coin but that method was time consuming and too much repetition. From now on I will be adding mining procedure for new coin  in this post unless required and then I will create a dedicated post.

I was wondering the same thing I have been mining nms for 8 hrs, so far I have made 0.2 nmc at 1000 mh/s that’s about 1.5 usd no where near 13$ so maybe changing the port number will help.

This kind of discussion may be worth an entire dedicated article, but how do you know when difficulty changes for a coin? I found this info on the NMS page:

    POW Reward Scheme:
    81 – 400 Block – 1 NMS per Block
    401 – 10 000 Block – 10 NMS per Block
    10 001 – 30 000 Block – 8 NMS per Block

I will be mining it 70K block, price and difficulty also increasing.
Difficulty increase-decrease frequently, since protopool have majority of hashrate so I keep track of number for miners mining it. Yesterday around 800 miners mining NMS and now around 1100.
At the bottom of page there is block mBTC/Mh/d – check last 24 hours and last hour profit to know is it worth mining anymore.

Currently working on crypto mining forum site, will be launched very soon

Anyone having problem with LUX coin on Altminer site? Hash rate jumps way down and then shoots back to normal. Currently at 190mhs, but jumps down to 75mhs sometimes. I understand the fluctuation due to hash rate verification during the time interval. But, it should not jump lower than half your hash rate. Anyone else having this problem?

I have also mined SIGT for at least one month and SIGT was the coin I holded, thought price will increase after POS but dev left the project and SIGT loose its value by 90%.
SIGT team launched new coin straks and there was swap 1 straks for 4 SIGT. I told everyone on Telegram to buy SIGT for *60 BTC and during swap SIGT price reached to *350 and I sold mine at *250. Best 4X trade ever within few days.
Another cool thing is during initial days of mining Straks, I was getting around 200 straks/day/7 1080 ti but was around $0.4 at that time. I decided to hold straks and sold all when Straks when straks price was $3, was very happy because I sold for 6X which will give me profit of $100/day/1080 ti. But during pump Straks price reached $28, if holded for more time than it could be $1000/day/1080 ti , 1080 ti ROI would be 1 day.

No regrets, lost so much money by mining and holding SIGT but made so much SIGT and Straks pump.

Hoping price drop happened with NMS.

Hi Anuj, do you know smth about this issue on Cryptopia: “Failed to generate new address” when tryping to deposit ZERO?
Also, could you maybe add an info how the new coins you present almost daily compare to ZER? Only if itยดs not a lot of trouble ofc ๐Ÿ™‚ It would also be nice to know if the other coins are also power efficient (zero uses 70% tdp on my rig) or use 100% like NMS. I prefered ZERO since itยดs power efficient, but I dunno if the difficulty / block reward still make it profitable. Would be appriecieated if you could give us (Zero miners) some info about itยดs current state.

Maximum nvidia cards algo don’t need much memory so no effect in hashrate if mem increased.
I lower memory to save electricity, no impact on hashrate but lesser power is needed by card to run.

Yes cryptopia having issue with deposits, me also can’t generate NMS deposit address. Zero coin right now will give you $10+/day/1080 ti

Mined ZER on http://zero.forgetop.com for a few hours. Their chard estimated my gains at 6$ a day on 1080ti. Pretty lowish, thus I will give MUN a try now. Do you think the 6$ are a misscalculation or why is it so low? The price is at around 8Euro so not bad.
Did the Difficulty raise so much or for what reason would the gains drop by 50% ?

Suprnova have majority of hashrate so your earning will be stable there. In small pools earning can be more and less based on how many blocks pool find out

It also seems to differ from one coin to the other. Luxcoin usually shows up within 15 minutes (at least as unconfirmed), but BTX usually takes much longer. Sometimes a couple of hours before you can actually exchange it.

I do however find this exchange much better than stocks.exchange (very high withdrawal fee) and Crypto Bridge (not so many coins, rather small user-base, which makes getting getting a good price for your coins a bit hit and mis).

I’ve got 3 rigs with 8 cards, one of which is still aimed at LUX. It still provides me with $8,70 per card of actual payout.

I find that profitability fluctuates throughout the day and sometimes a coin that Anuj proposes works for a couple of hours, but then all of a sudden doesn’t deliver anything anymore. So when switching to one of his newer suggestions, I usually try it on one rig for a couple of hours before pointing more cards towards this coin. As long as they remain within a 10-20% margin, I’m mining 2 or 3 coins simultaneously, allowing me to signal yield dropoff within 4 – 6 hours, while still getting a good profit. That way your maximum profit isn’t achieved, but since I also have a daytime job and a family, so it provides me piece of mind, knowing the average is still very good.

There is rumor that coin will be listed on cryptopia, so price may increase or it might be bull trap.
I will sell 80% of LIZ in next two days and will place sell bids around 0.00086.
If sell order won’t fulfill then will sell at current rate aafter two days.

Some miners were facing problem that their LIZ wallet is not syncing with blockchain.
Maximum time all coins wallet sync automatically but for some coins we have to specify nodes manually

I would like to try Yiimp but I am still very new to this, can you please share your batch file? Also what do you guys think of changer.com as a DOGE->LTC exchange site? Looks legit and hopefully with not big fees. I wanted to try Bittrex but it is unaivaible to log for new users.

So, Mining for few days LUX with 2*Asus rog strix 1080ti.
whattomine says for 72 Mh/s: 0.662601 LUX for reward in one Day
geting about 72-74 Mh/s all day for 2 cards.

    Calculated for last 2 days:
    2 days ago at 19:00: 1.04119404 LUX
    1 days ago at 19:00: 1.52909404 LUX
    today at 19:00: 2.00285780 LUX

Calculated it is a reward of 0,47-0,48 LUX for one day…. do I miss something? Or is whattomine not as precise as I thought?

Geting 10-11$ with ZCASH.. like whattomine ZCASH with 1480 sol/s
        https://whattomine.com/coins/166-zec-equihash?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=1480.0&p=360.0&fee=0.0&cost=0.0&hcost=0.0&commit=Calculate
this calculation is exactly what i get in 24H

so, I’m confused, why Zcash calculation is OK, and this not:
        https://whattomine.com/coins/212-lux-phi1612?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=72.0&p=220.0&fee=0.0&cost=0.0&hcost=0.0&commit=Calculate

Zcash is very large marketcap altcoin so fluctuation in price will not be much as compared to LUX, so whattomine will provide better accuracy for zcash

Does anybody else get worse results with the new miner posted for garlic? Instead of 10 to 20% higher I get 10 to 20% lower hash. The new miner doesn’t seem to make any difference for the high CPU load.

Also has anybody found a workaround for the cpu bottleneck? Somebody on Reddit claimed in a PM that his buddy found a fix but didn’t wasn’t willing to share it. The only other writhing fix I’ve seen is to buy an i7. Right now I can only mine garlic on one 1080ti with CPU slightly under 100%. If I try two it will work but the hashrate per card is lower and the hashrate on my third card mining ARGO is reduced significantly.

For Algos which don’t need much memory, I underclock the memory to save little bit of electricity without impacting hash rate

why are you recomending 100% tdp on all coins?

lowering the tdp a bit gives better efficency, while staying very close in hashrate.

ie: with grlc im getting the same hashrate (450kh) with ur settings tan just going 75% tdp and +75 core, while with this im using 40w less, my temps are like 6c lower and my fans run like 15% lower (better care of the gpu)

Electricity cost is very low here. Around $0.05 per killo watt. So for me 100% tdp is best, otherwise tdp at 80% is most efficient considering electricity cost and gpu temperature.
For effective cooling I place my rig in closed room with exhaust fan

Question , maybe somebody knows : i use Lux SP mod miner, seems to work fine but from time to time it gets stuck, doesn.t say anything but it stops producing. If i manually press S, seems to start again.
Any idea how to automatically start it or why is does this ?

The bat file looks like this , if it matter
        :loop
        setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
        ccminer.exe -a phi -o stratum+tcp://eu1.altminer.net:11000 -u luxcon_address -i 21 -R 5

Download the excavator at nicehash then edit the default command file in there. It works just fine for me now.

      Remove comma “,” in last
      e.g.
      {“id”:1,”method”:”worker.add”,”params”:[“0″,”6”]}

I had that problem too but what I did is I downloaded the excavator from Nicehash and edit the command file using the downloaded software from nicehash and work just fine. Believe me, it takes me 3 hours to figure it out..lol! Kudos to ANUJ SAINI for those efforts that he always do to make mining easier! Support his mining pool!

So, I have 6 1080 ti’s and I can use only 4 of them and working just fine but then if I add 2 more gpu’s it says invalid memory function. Do you think my page file is not enough? I allocated 30k MB just for my virtual mem..

I enabled it but still not working right. Probably I will add more MB on my Virtual Memory. If you don’t mind, what SSD are you using coz my 128 GB SSD it almost full already.

I’m mining Endorphin with Klaus-T miner. But, I couldn’t receive any END after 3 hours of mining. Do you know the way to solve this problem?

Have you earned any END, many miners have to joined the pool so JKCpool found only 2 blocks in last 24 hours.
I have already done payments for END few hours back

I have been mining for 1,5h but the pool shows 0 earned END coins, eventhough it shows:

    neoscrypt 1 1.7442% 4.6 Mh/s

Pool was unable to find the block so that’s why 0 END .
      Very few miners there.
You will get reward for your 1.5 hour mining once pool finds another block

Please advice, there surely seems to be something off..

Many users don’t join the pool as of yet and last END block find by the pool is 42 hours ago.
If was unlucky pool can’t find the block, main reason is we don’t have enough hash power there.
Just checked your address you have 10% share, so once pool find next block you will get your reward accordingly
